A licensed New York real
estate salesperson/broker since he was 18, Mark has over three decades of real
estate experience and is the Director of Westchester Sales for Berkshire
Hathaway HomeServices Westchester Properties. Prior to this Mark had managed
Prudential Centennial Realty since 1984. In that time, the firm had grown and
had 2 offices with more than 80 sales people. Prudential Centennial
Realty was acquired by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties
on July 1, 2015.
Under Mark’s leadership, the
company has enjoyed tremendous growth, winning many national awards. A
large number of the sales associates in the company have received awards placing
them among the top salespeople in the worldwide Berkshire Hathaway network.
Mark Nadler learned about
real estate in Westchester as a child from his mother Florence, who started
Centennial Realty. Mark says “Although our size has changed, our commitment to
remain the most professional, caring and ethical realtors in existence has
not.” The firm has trained and helped develop many of the most outstanding real
estate sales people in Westchester.
Prior to joining Centennial
Realty, Mark worked at IBM in Armonk and has always embraced technology to help
the company grow.
Mark is a leader in the
business community, having served as a Director of the Westchester County Board
of Realtors, Director/President of 120 Hartsdale Corp, a residential coop,
Director of The United Way of Scarsdale/Edgemont, Director of
Scarsdale/Edgemont Family Counseling Service and serves as an interior
certified, Volunteer Firefighter in Scarsdale.
Mark attended the University
at Albany, graduating with a BS in Economics. He lives in Scarsdale with
his wife, three children and yellow Labrador retriever, Sunny.
